The Town of Mashpee is administering an entry-level selection process for the purpose of establishing an eligibility list for the position of Full Time Police Officer. Candidates will be required to successfully complete a written examination, physical agility examination, oral board interview, appointing authority interview, comprehensive background investigation, medical examination and psychological examination.

Interested candidates should submit a fully completed original Employment Application (please be sure to use the most current application available on our website, www.mashpeema.gov, or in the HR Department at Town Hall) and check or money order for the written examination in the amount of $30.00 (made payable to Town of Mashpee) to: Human Resources Department, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, MA 02649. Application deadline is February 28, 2020 by 4:00pm. Hiring guidelines and study guides are available through the Human Resources Department upon application submission. Applicants will be notified of the written examination date at a later time.

U.S. Post master Scam
SCAM ALERT – New U.S. Post Master Scam.
According to the U.S. Postal Service, a fake email/email scam claiming to be from USPS officials – including Postmaster General Megan Brennan – is being sent to Americans across the country.
In it, the scammers tell the recipients about an unsuccessful attempt to deliver a package. The email will then prompt the recipient to confirm their personal delivery information by clicking a button or downloading an attachment, that, when opened, can activate a virus and steal information—such as usernames, passwords and financial account information.
